The SRX11-020-Y7, independently developed and produced by our factory, is a high-performance Aluminum Alloy Extruded Heat Sink, specifically designed for high heat load scenarios of electronic devices, and serves as an efficient solution to solve component overheating problems.
This product is made of high-purity aluminum alloy as the base material and integrally formed through precision extrusion process. As an Aluminum Alloy Extruded Heat Sink, it not only inherits the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy (the thermal conductivity of the base material reaches 200+W/(m·K)), but also achieves high structural consistency and stability through the extrusion process. At the same time, it has the characteristics of light weight, which will not add additional load to the equipment, and is suitable for various compact installation spaces.

As a High Heat Dissipation Extruded Heat Sink, the heat dissipation design of SRX11-020-Y7 directly addresses the core needs: the dense and equidistantly distributed fin structure not only greatly expands the heat dissipation surface area, but also reserves reasonable air flow channels, which can efficiently guide the circulation of cold air and quickly take away the heat generated by components; the two sides of the product are equipped with integrally formed mounting ears with built-in positioning holes, which can be conveniently fixed on carriers such as PCB boards and power modules without additional processing, greatly simplifying the assembly process for customers.
